Stephen Toulouse

Stephen Toulouse is the former Director of Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement. In layman’s terms, he was the Head Banhammer for Microsoft. At the second PAX Rumble, Stepto promised to bring the hammer and win the Rumble, but he unluckily drew #3, which meant he had to start the match in the ring. After about three minutes, Stepto was tossed by Chris Kohler.
