Cactus Jan Ochoa is a tough-ass dude who made his way to Seattle to compete in some hardcore Pokémon Go raids. While wandering around downtown, he ran into someone outside the Buffalo Wild Wings who told him about championship level Quiplash matches going on at a convention nearby. So, Cactus Jan stomped his way into the Grand Hyatt, found Pat Baer, and signed up immediately. Unfortunately for Cactus, he placed 5th in the "I Quip" Match. Not to be discouraged, Cactus went off into the night in search of more shiny Pokémon.
